In Hellfire Peninsula, the quest "Disrupt Their Reinforcements" you need to disrupt Portal Grimh and Portal Kaalez.
Kaalez is bugged and not able to be targetted, Grimh works fine.

It works if you stand in the portal itself and then use the item.

However, I agree that the range should be increased a little bit, so it could work behind the portal as well.

The issue was fixed, and will be applied on the next scheduled restart.

Once the label will be changed from Fixed to Resolved, it will mean that the fix is already present in the realm.
