  • What do I do if I suspect someone has hacked into my account?

    You can submit request to have your password reseted through our account recovery system.
    As long as you have access to the email that you've registered with, you will be able to change your password successfully, and recover your account.

  • What character services are available to me?

    The following character services are available for any of your characters:

  • What are the rates in your realms?

    The rates in Menethil realm are as followed:

    • Experience Rate: 8x
    • Uncommon Item Drop Rate: 4x
    • Rare Items: 3x
    • Epic Items: 2x
    • Heroic Dungeons:  5 Emblem of Triumph at the end of each instance

  • What is a Double XP Event?

    During Double XP event, your reputation rate is doubled (from 8x to 16x), allowing for a fast new character level-up.

    During the launch day, Double XP will start at Friday (September 24th), and will end at October 3rd, while on other occasions in the future, it will last entire weekend (From Friday 00:00ST to Sunday 23:55ST).

  • Can I play without a patch?

    You can play without patch, but you will see visual bugs

    To to ensure best experience in our server, we strongly recommend that you download the patch, as it adds more stuff into game!

  • Can I apply patch manually, without the launcher?

    Although we recommend you to use launcher for automatic updates in the future, you can still apply patch manually if you want to do so.

    To download latest game update, Click Here.

    To install patch, simply unzip the contents of the archive into main World of Warcraft directory, and run the game!

  • Where can I find realmlist?

    Realmlist file is already included with the manual patch or is automatically updated by the launcher.

  • Can I secure my account with Two Factor Authentication?

    Yes!

    Simply visit account settings page in User Panel, and follow instructions that are given in Two Factor section.

    Please note that it's not recommended to refresh the page between obtaining QR code and sending a code, because every time you reload page - New QR code will be generated until you successfully enter the code.

  • I've lost access to my phone. Can I reset Two Factor Authentication?

    Yes!

    If you still have access to the email, that you've registered with, you can visit Recovery page and select Lost Phone option.
    We will send you an email, that will contain One Time Code, which you can use to log in into your account in website, and reset the Two Factor Authentication.
