No, you can't buy the best gear in the game from the donation store. The majority of items in the donation store are cosmetic, including extremely rare mounts and transmogrification options. However, certain prestigious rewards such as Gladiator mounts and Invincible are excluded from the store.
While there are a few convenience-related items available, like 36-slot inventory bags or heirlooms, they're definitely not in the "pay-to-win" category. Feel free to browse through the store yourself! It'll be regularly updated with more cosmetics, but you won't find anything related to power-gain.
