So this server showed to have a population between 100-500 but at any point in time I see around 10 people online or less. Did everyone leave the server?

im wondering this same thing I got the free lvl 80 logged in and one guy spat on me and that was the only other player ive seen in dalaran stormwind or ironforge. One guy out of all those cities.
I think this server is dead?
