IP ban issues

I know I did something what is prohibited with ban, but i didnt expect IP BAN -_-

Theres no way to get IP ban instantly on brand new server while i spoke with GM. So whats the problem? 

Warmane, Wow- Circle, Royal-wow etc. only Account BAN..

Here ? IP ban for forever -_-
